We do not refund or make credit for flight cancellations due to any circumstances. Please avail of a Travel Insurance to protect yourself against any flight cancellations.

Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 30 days prior to your original arrival date via email, and such changes are subject to availability. If there is no available room, a credit will be issued.There are no refunds or credits issued for reservation changes within 30 days of the arrival date that reduce the number of nights stayed.

There are no refunds or credits issued for early check-outs.

There are no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms, hurricanes or any kind of acts of God. Any inconvenience caused by the mentioned occurrence are not subject to refunds or credits. Please avail of a Travel Insurance to protect yourself against any type of this unforeseen events.

All credits issued are valid for one (1) year from the original cancellation date. A credit can only be used for hotel reservations only but can't be used for other hotel services. The credit is transferable to our sister hotels - Arlene's Inn and City Inn only. A credit can be transferred to another person provided we received a written authorization from you.

Children

Children under 3 years of age is free of charge when using existing beds.
Extra person is charged 550 with extra bed.

How to get here

Subic Via NLEX & SCTEX or San Fernando Exit
- Go to NLEX via the Balintawak interchangec in North Edsa
- Drive to the Dau Toll Plaza at the end of NLEX
- Take SCTEX ramp (at the right) about 3km from the Dau Toll Plaza
- Drive to the Tipo exit at the end of the SCTEX (about 57km)
OR
- Take San Fernando Exit and follow Olongapo- Gapan Road going to Bataan.
- After passing the Layac Junction, Enter SCTEX Dinalupihan interchange.
- Drive to the Tipo exit at the end of the SCTEX (about 10km)
AND
- Drive by and stop at the Subic Bay Freeport Customs Booth and acknowledge guard.
- Turn Right to Rizal avenue.
- Turn Left at the 2nd stoplight
- Turn Right to Dewey Anvenue
- Exit Kalaklan Gate, turn left.
- We are located at the left side before Baloy Long Beach (about 4km from Kalaklan Gate)

Choose room 217 and 216 or room 205 and 216 if you are staying as a big group..book in advance for the resort has only a minimum number of rooms..bring the most exciting people you know for the water activities offered at the resort..Have fun and enjoy!!!this is such a great place!!!
